Applications can be completed in several ways. You can print and post, scan in and then email or take a photo on your mobile phone and email it. A signature is needed to complete all applications as well as a single form of photo ID for the individual submitting the application. We will process it without delay, and the vast majority of mailbox applications are completed and the service activated on the same day.
